He has collaborated with a wide range of artists, from classical ensembles to singer-songwriters, and has premiered works by contemporary composers across the U.S. and Europe. His adventurous approach often brings music to unexpected spaces, from riverbanks to campfires. **Cacie Miller**, DMA-trained pianist and founding member of the Ferrer Miller Duo and the Helia Trio, combines her passion for storytelling through music with a deep commitment to contemporary composition. Her project Composing Our Climate commissions new works that explore the emotional dimensions of the climate crisis, and she has performed extensively in Chicago, Europe, and Puerto Rico at venues ranging from experimental art spaces to historic concert halls. Together, Ferrer and Miller have forged a distinctive chamber music trajectory, blending classical tradition with contemporary exploration, and creating performances that are both technically brilliant and deeply expressive.
